Dextrose 10%

Sterile Dextrose 10% solution formulated for intravenous infusion, nonpyrogenic hypertonic solution containing 10 grams of dextrose per 100ml — indicated for use in adults and paediatric patients as a source of calories, water, and carbohydrate energy for intravenous hydration and nutritional support. 

10% hypertonic glucose solution — provides 100mg of glucose per ml and 400 kcal per litre, supplying a significant concentrated source of carbohydrate calories via slow IV infusion
