A Foley catheter, also known as an indwelling catheter, is inserted into the bladder through the urethra to provide continuous urinary drainage — commonly used post-surgery, for urinary retention, or in patients with medical conditions that impair normal urination. 

Available in sizes 12FR to 22FR, our Foley catheters cover the full range of paediatric and adult urinary drainage requirements for both short-term and extended indwelling use.

Key Features:

• Two-way double lumen design — one channel for continuous urine drainage connected to a collection bag; a second channel with an external valve connects to the retention balloon at the tip, inflated with sterile water to hold the catheter securely in the bladder 
• Inflatable retention balloon — 5–10cc or 30cc balloon capacity; self-sealing pilot balloon with Luer tip connector for safe, easy inflation and deflation
• Large, smooth drainage eyes — maximise urine flow and patient comfort; pliable catheter body with a firm tip for easier insertion 
• Colour-coded balloon port — colour-coded at the balloon inflation site for easy, rapid size identification at the bedside 
• Funnel connector — universal connector at the proximal end compatible with all standard urinary drainage bags and closed drainage systems
• Sterile, single-use — individually packaged; sterilised by ethylene oxide gas to prevent catheter-associated urinary tract infections
